Strength & Conditioning

Our 1-1 strength and conditioning service offers individual, or team sport athletes evidenced based training strategies to improve performance.

All training is scalable, therefore beneficial to athletes of all levels. 

Training programmes are designed specific to the needs of the athlete and their chosen sport. Relatively new concepts such as velocity based training are utilised to monitor the progression and daily readiness of the athlete. As such, athletes can be confident they are performing high quality training, without the risk of accumulating excessive fatigue.

This service will include a specific training programme with a minimum of 1 supervised training session per week.

All programmes will start and finish with sport specific testing sessions, with results and recommendations presented through a final report.

Price

Prices start from £340 for a 10-week training block. 

That’s £34.00 a week

Price will vary depending on the duration of the programme and the number of supervised sessions per week.

Transition sessions between training blocks £28 per session

This service is priced at £110.00 per month.

That’s £27.50 a week
