Fantastic experience training with Jack for pre season getting me ready for the football season ahead. I have been training with Jack for the past 2 and a half years. In that time dropping 4 dress sizes, however he has built me back up by one, -we do not do skinny fat! His knowledge about fitness, the body and nutrition shines through, as well as the importance of training safely. Which has given me confidence to try new exercises/machines in the gym. Jack listens to my wants and takes these into account so that not only are our sessions tailored to me, but also sessions in my own time. One of the main reasons for continuing my sessions is his complete 'no BS' approach, he has completely overhauled my mindset in relation to how I feel about myself and my body.

Couldn’t recommend Jack enough, had kind of given up hope on myself but decided to try again after suffering with my back after my second child and piling on weight. I have so far lost 2 stone, I have a long way to go but this is the most success I have had long term since I can remember. Best decision I made for myself
